Abstract:

A suitable educational space should provide conditions for activities such as visual work, attention, concentration, and learning to be done in the best possible way, which will make children more welcome to the space. Therefore, choosing the right color and light in the educational environment affects the improvement of children's mental activities. The efficiency of students in educational centers is very important. In architectural design light and color, like other elements such as structure and materials, are elements that play a fundamental role in the design; Furthermore, according to the conducted research, natural light in addition to increasing the efficiency in educational centers, has a positive effect on the health and comfort of students. The purpose of this research is to address the light and color effects on students' educational environments in order to increase their learning. Also, in this research, the role of appropriate design of educational spaces and environmental factors such as light and color on students' learning and performance has been studied. The results indicate that in educational spaces, the best results are obtained when artificial and natural light are used together. It is also better to use yellow and white light together. In the educational environment, it is better to use blue and green colors that create relaxation and concentration, and colors such as red and yellow are inappropriate for the educational environment, and it's better to use these colors in sports and game spaces and creativity classes.

Abstract:

Due to the increase in house prices, the increase in house demands, and on the other hand, the decrease in the financial power of the lower and middle class of the society, designers in their field can have a significant impact. Among the solutions presented in this area, it is possible to reduce the size of the housing, change the materials to environmental friendly ones, and also choosing a cheaper site outside of the city. Bringing the cost of construction by using new technologies and reducing the construction time can reduce the cost of housing for the low-income group. In addition to these factors, other factors such as modular and prefabricated construction techniques can have a significant impact on reducing the price and increasing the quality of low-income housing. The current research is qualitative research that tries to provide high-quality residential complexes with a modular model for the poor people of the society and is answering the question of how modular design can have a decisive role in the cost of quality housing. The following research investigated the important and basic parameters in the housing of low-income groups, and as a result, it has been extracted components to improve the quality of the residential environments and parameters to reduce costs by using the high-quality and low-cost structure and construction that it is offered quality and low cost.

Abstract:

Some of the green environments in the past like open roofs, courtyards, and terraces have had a significant impact on the climate of human habitations, and this greenness has caused the reception and absorption of heat and sun rays, and it also provides a cool environment for residents. One of the concerns of modern people around the world is the energy issue. Among the useful solutions for both the residents and the climate, the green roof can be mentioned. On the other hand, the knowledge of the green roof and its use in the building, along with the thermal control of the important living space, is significant. According to the parameters that control energy consumption, the thermal behavior of the green roof is also of great value; Among the studied factors, the thickness and type of soil, vegetation, heat transfer of the roof, insulation, climate, and leaf cross-section can be the most important factors which had studied in the following paper.
